Our continuum of care also includes à la carte service options to create a custom care plan tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle. The highly trained and compassionate staff at our communities, including licensed RNs and activities leaders, provide dedicated care and support to promote the health and happiness of every community member.

Our roots date back to 1966 when Harry and Pearl Lemieux purchased Southview Acres Health Care Center, a 71-bed nursing facility. The family has continued to expand and improve the senior care services they offer throughout the Twin Cities.
