We want you and your staff to know how much we appreciate the TLC you gave to both Mom & Dad during their Final Years. They enjoyed their last years, as much as they could with their diminished health.  Your staff was always so kind and patient with both of them.  We trusted you all would take care of them, and you did.

Special thanks to Kathy for all the fun things she had Mom come to.  Mom told me of all the special little activities she enjoyed.  Special thanks also to Shway and Lamond who both so gently cared for her every need.  Mom loved when he showed off his babies to her.  Mom had a special bond with Beth, who used to come sit with her after her shift ended.  Mom really appreciated that special attention.

All of your staff were very kind.  Your kitchen staff were very patient, always cutting up mom's food for her. We really do appreciate their many kindnesses.  The staff would also come over to talk to us, adding to the charm of Southview.

Tiffany & Sue were especially kind to both Mom & Dad.  Sue did superb job fixing the giant skin tear on Mom's arm.

Mom especially loved the Thursday breakfasts and when you all BBQ'd those special lunches.  She always talked about how much she enjoyed those special meals.

We are sad to turn over this chapter, as we wanted selfishly, to keep mom. She clearly was ready to join Dad in the great beyond.

You are etched in our memory forever.  Fondly.
